My levolor cordless cellular shades broke. Rather than replace to send them off to be repaired, I decided to tear them apart myself and figure out how they work. Inside, one will find some plastic parts with some metal springs. The springs get "sprung" easy and come off their sprockets. There appear to be lots of different kinds of cordless cellular shades, so this video might use parts that your shade doesn't use. Nevertheless, I hope the technique may be similar.
